"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

due to a hacking, vandalism and harassment problem with a (former) member I've lost all 285 of my deviations while I was in the hospital for an extended stay
I have backup copies but I'm not sure if I can get myself to submit them all again
I'm very sorry to all of you that have enjoyed, commented and fav'd my photography, but this personal attack has left me somewhat drained
thank you to all of my watchers, you are the reason I've been able to submit as many as I did
I haven't decided for sure, but I may not stay on dA after my subscription expires ---- this has been a great part of my life, thank you all so much for that
